Spain is an extremely popular destination and offers many attractions and offers for tourists. The country is located on the Iberian Peninsula and is known for its art, culture, sports and gastronomy, among other things.

At Bering Travel you can have a fantastic holiday out of the ordinary. Here, hiking holidays, cycling holidays, yoga holidays and surfing holidays will be the main activities on the programme. Surfing is a water sport where you stand on a board and "ride" waves approaching a beach. The board, also called a surfboard, is usually 2-3 metres long and fitted with a fin. The surfer therefore steers the board with his body weight. He paddles out to the start and during competitions has to ride a certain number of waves. Points are awarded for different ways of riding the wave, style and time. In ideal conditions, the surf can be over 1 km and the waves can be over 10 m high.

Trips to Spain also offer many other spectacular experiences. For example, you can try your hand at different forms of dance, the best known being the Andalusian and spirited flamenco, which also comes in many local varieties. Flamenco is danced by both men and women and is performed either solo or by two dancers facing each other. Flamenco combines dancing, guitar accompaniment and singing with the sound of highlighted steps and stomps, rhythmic hand claps and shouts from the audience to create a distinctive whole. The word flamenco itself may refer to the fact that some believed that gypsies and hence flamenco came to Spain from Flanders or perhaps it has its origins in Arabic fellah mengu, which was supposed to mean "landless peasant" or "peasant in exile".
